Terms of Service
DraftEffective date will be set at launch
These Terms govern your use of AISTETIKA, the online school and AI video Studio at aistetika.online, run by company name (“we”, “us”). In short: signing up is free and includes a gift course; paid services cost the price shown before you pay; if you are a consumer, your statutory rights always apply.
1. Who we are and how to reach us
1.1. The service is provided by company name, registered in country, registration number registration number, address: registered address. Contact: contact email. Full details: Legal Notice.
2. Definitions
2.1. Service: the website aistetika.online, your account, courses and the Studio. Course: a set of digital lessons (video, text, tasks, quizzes), free or paid.
2.2. AI assistant (Iris): software based on neural networks that gives hints and comments on lessons, writes reviews of your work when you ask, and answers first in Support. It is not a person or a teacher and may be wrong; its comments are not grades or assessments. In Support you can reach a person with the “Ask a human” button. Do not share passwords, codes from emails or card details with it.
2.3. Studio: the part of the Service where you create videos and images with neural network models of third-party developers (“Models”).
2.4. Credits: internal units used to pay for generations in the Studio. Credits are not money or e-money. Rules: Credits and Refunds.
2.5. Your Content: your prompts, uploaded files and generation results.
3. Accepting these Terms
3.1. You accept these Terms when you create an account and tick the box “I agree to the Terms of Service”. A purchase is governed by these Terms as in force at the time of purchase.
3.2. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. Some Model developers also require their users to be adults.
3.3. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm that you may bind that business to these Terms.
4. Your account
4.1. Give us your real name and a working email and confirm the email with the code we send. Unconfirmed accounts are deleted after 72 hours.
4.2. Keep your password secret. Tell us at contact email or via Support on the website (the “Ask a human” button; when signed in, also the Support tab in your account) if you think someone else has accessed your account.
4.3. Your account is personal. Do not share, sell or transfer it or access to paid courses.
4.4. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Before deleting it, you can ask for a refund of unused paid services as described in section 8.
5. Courses and Iris reviews
5.1. Courses do not lead to an accredited degree, diploma or professional qualification. A completion mark in your account is not an educational certificate.
5.2. When you sign up, you receive the free course “Getting started with AISTETIKA” as a gift. Completing it earns bonus credits under Credits and Refunds.
5.3. Answers and reviews by Iris are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. They are not professional (legal, medical, financial) advice. You are interacting with an AI system, not a person.
5.4. An Iris review is generated automatically by AI at your request and is advice only: it is not a grade, a knowledge test or an interim or final assessment, and it does not affect your access to materials or whether a lesson is marked as completed. You do not have to use reviews.
5.5. We may update courses to reflect new AI tools. Updates do not reduce the number of lessons you paid for.
5.6. Your results depend on you. We do not promise income, clients, employment or any outcome other than access to the materials and reviews included in your plan.
6. The Studio
6.1. Generations are performed by Models of third-party developers listed in the Studio. Availability, speed, quality and content rules also depend on those developers.
6.2. The price of a generation in credits is shown before you start it. Credits are deducted when the generation starts. If a generation fails for technical reasons, the credits are returned to your balance.
6.3. A Model may refuse a request under its own rules. You must follow the AI Content Policy.
6.4. While the Studio is in closed testing, access may be limited, and generation prices and charging rules may change.
7. Prices and payment
7.1. Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency of your country, including taxes where we are required to charge them. Before you pay, we show an order summary, and the payment button clearly says that the order involves an obligation to pay.
7.2. Payments are processed by a payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.
7.3. The price is the same whatever payment method you use. We charge only payments you confirm. Automatic renewal of the Studio subscription starts only with your separate consent and can be turned off in one step: Credits and Refunds.
7.4. We may change prices. A change does not affect services you have already paid for.
8. Right of withdrawal and refunds
8.1. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or another country with a similar law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
8.2. Paid courses and credits are digital content and services supplied immediately. At checkout we ask for your express request to start right away and your acknowledgment that you lose the right of withdrawal once the supply has started: for a course, when you open its first paid lesson; for credits, for the credits you have spent. If you withdraw after part of a service has been supplied, you pay for the part supplied.
8.3. Unused paid credits are refunded under Credits and Refunds. Bonus credits are not refundable.
8.4. To withdraw or request a refund, email contact email from your account email or write to us via Support on the website (the “Ask a human” button; when signed in, also the Support tab in your account); you may use the model form in section 9. We refund within 14 days, using the payment method you used.
8.5. If a course or the Studio does not work as described, you have the statutory remedies of your country, including repair, price reduction or a refund. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
9. Model withdrawal form
9.1. To company name, registered address, contact email: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: [course or credit pack]. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [your name]. Account email: [your email]. Date: [date]. (Using this form is optional; a simple email is enough.)
10. Intellectual property and Your Content
10.1. Course materials belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning while you have access. Do not copy, record, publish or resell them.
10.2. You keep the rights to your prompts and uploaded files. By uploading a file you confirm that you have the rights to it and that the people shown in it agree to its use.
10.3. We claim no rights to your generation results. Their use is also subject to the terms of the Model developer shown in the Studio. Output created by AI without human creative input may not be protected by copyright in some countries.
10.4. We use Your Content only to store it, send it to the Model you chose and show it to you. We will not show your work publicly or use it to train AI models without your separate permission.
11. Content moderation
11.1. We may restrict content or accounts that break the law or the AI Content Policy. Models of third-party developers apply their own automated filters; we review reports from people manually.
11.2. You can report illegal content to contact email or via Support on the website (the “Ask a human” button; when signed in, also the Support tab in your account). Please include where the content is, why you believe it is illegal, your name and email, and a statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith. We confirm receipt, decide without undue delay and tell you the outcome.
11.3. If we restrict your content or account, we tell you the reason and how to contest the decision. You can reply to that message to ask us to review it; a person, not an automated system, will review your complaint.
12. Ending the agreement
12.1. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
12.2. We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, after telling you the reason. If we close your account without your fault, we refund unused paid services.
13. Liability
13.1. We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for interruptions of Models, payment providers or networks that we do not control, but we will tell you about known interruptions.
13.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
13.3. If you use the Service for business purposes, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
14. Privacy and messages
14.1. We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies: Cookie Policy.
14.2. We send service messages (codes, payment information, changes to these Terms). Marketing emails only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
15. Law and disputes
15.1. These Terms are governed by the law of country. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
16. Changes to these Terms
16.1. We may update these Terms. We publish the new version on this page with its effective date and email registered users at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Changes do not apply to services already paid for if they would make your position worse.
16.2. When we materially change these Terms, the Privacy Policy or the credit rules, we show you the new version the next time you sign in and ask you to confirm it with a tick box. Until you confirm, new purchases are paused, and services you have already paid for continue on the earlier terms.
17. Gifting a course
17.1. A signed-in user (the giver) can gift a course: choose the course and plan, enter the recipient’s name and email, the card language, a message and the delivery day (now or within 12 months of payment).
17.2. The gift is issued after payment at the course price; the price is the same whatever payment method you use. For this part, the contract is made with the giver for the benefit of the recipient.
17.3. On the delivery day the recipient gets an email with a link and a one-time code. They can accept the gift within 12 months of delivery by signing in or signing up and accepting these Terms. The giver cannot accept their own gift.
17.4. Once accepted, the course is paid for on the recipient’s account, the plan’s course credits are added and the gift is marked in their account. If the recipient already has this course, they can choose another course or plan of no higher price; if none fits, the money goes back to the giver.
17.5. For a gift that is not accepted or whose acceptance period has expired, the giver gets a refund on request at contact email or via Support on the website (the “Ask a human” button; when signed in, also the Support tab in your account). After acceptance, course refunds follow section 8; the money goes to the giver as the payer. Within 14 days of payment the giver also has the right of withdrawal for a gift not yet accepted.
17.6. The giver enters the recipient’s name and email and confirms they may share them. The recipient’s email is used only to deliver the gift and is deleted once the gift is accepted or expires. The gift email links to our Privacy Policy.
