Credits and Refunds

1.1. A credit is an internal unit of the Service used to pay for generations in the Studio. Your balance and history are in your account, under Payments.

1.2. Credits are not money or electronic money. They cannot be transferred to another user, exchanged for cash (except refunds under section 6) or used outside AISTETIKA.

1.3. There are four kinds of credits, counted separately:

• bonus credits: given by us for free;
• subscription credits: come with a monthly Studio subscription;
• paid credits: bought in a pack;
• course credits: included in a paid course plan.

2.1. Bonus credits:

• 10 credits when you sign up and confirm your email, once per person: signing up again with the same email does not give the gift again;
• 20 credits for completing the free course “Getting started with AISTETIKA”, once;
• promotions, on the terms of the promotion.

2.2. Subscription credits are added when you pay for each month of the Studio subscription (section 5). Paid credits are added after you pay for a pack. Course credits are added when you enrol in a paid course whose plan includes them.

2.3. Packs, the subscription, course plans and their prices are shown in the top-up window, on the Plans page and on course pages. The price is the same whatever payment method you use.

3.1. Before you start a generation, you see its price in credits, which credits will be used and whether the result will carry a watermark. Credits are deducted when the generation starts.

3.2. For draft generations (Models where bonus credits are allowed), bonus credits are used first, then subscription, course and paid credits. Bonus credits are not used for premium Models or for 1080p and higher. Otherwise, the credits that expire soonest are used first.

3.3. If at least one bonus credit pays for a generation, the result carries an AISTETIKA watermark. If you have other credits, you can choose “no watermark”, and bonus credits will not be used.

3.4. If a generation fails for technical reasons (our error or a Model error), the credits go back to your balance. If a Model refuses a request because of its content, the credits also go back, unless the request breaks the AI Content Policy.

3.5. During closed testing of the Studio, generation prices and charging rules may change; the price is always shown before you start.

5.1. The Studio subscription is paid for one month at a time and gives that month’s subscription credits.

5.2. By default it does not renew. Automatic renewal starts only if you tick a separate box that is not pre-ticked. We email you 3 days before each charge with the date and amount. You can turn renewal off in one step in your account, under Payments, or from the link in that email.

5.3. Without automatic renewal, the subscription simply ends after the month and nothing is charged.

6.1. Withdrawal (EU, UK and similar laws): within 14 days of buying a pack or a subscription month, you can withdraw and get your money back for the credits of that pack or month you have not spent. For credits already spent, the right of withdrawal ends, because you asked us to supply them immediately.

6.2. After 14 days, you can still ask for a refund of unused paid or subscription credits if the law of your country gives you that right, or if we close the Studio or your account without your fault.

6.3. Refund amount: the price of the pack or month multiplied by the share of its credits not spent. Credits spent from a course plan count as our costs at the cost price of the generations if you withdraw from the course. Bonus credits are never refunded or exchanged for money.

6.4. Email contact email from your account email or write to us via Support on the website (the “Ask a human” button; when signed in, also the Support tab in your account). We refund within 14 days, using the method you paid with.

7.1. When you delete your account, your credits are removed and automatic renewal is turned off. Before deleting it, you can ask for a refund of unused paid credits within the periods above.

7.2. We may change generation prices, packs and the subscription and will announce this on the website. Credits you already have keep their expiry date, and a paid subscription month keeps its terms. If generation prices go up, you can get a refund for unused paid and subscription credits bought before the change.
